Jay does an outstanding job! Every time we have questions he is there to answer them! We even contacted him on vacation when a service light showed up. He was helpful from over 1,000 miles away. My husband drives a non-Honda car and whenever he needs service he hates calling them because their service is terrible. Honda spoils us and so does Jay! I drive to north austin just for their service.
