Jerry is the best service advisor I have ever had. He has such a positive and caring attitude. He took the time to explain the maintenance and services to me and my daughter (her car). This was her first service experience, and thanks to Jerry is was a pleasant and positive one, and she learned a lot! First Texas Honda is so lucky to have him. Thank you Jerry!
