This particular visit to First Texas Honda occurred over a holiday weekend, preventing payment for the part needed by a warranty. Wesley explained the difficulty in getting warranty coverage at the time of service, but in the following week, he ensured that the claim was submitted and covered, so I was able to get the repair when it was convenient for me and get reimbursed from the warranty.
