Dealership Service Review
Made my appointment for an oil change online the day before. Took my car in the next day, left it there, walked to a nearby restaurant for brunch, and my car was ready when I was done with my meal. Couldn't ask for better. One negative: the online appointment system does not work well in iOS (iPad). it duplicated my appointment (there was no visible confirmation when I clicked a button and had clicked it twice, which is probably what happened). As a result when I showed up they had me down for 2 appointments at the same time. No biggie; just a little glitch. But it also caused an automated message to be sent to me saying I missed my appointment, which of course I didn't. My oil change was done in the promised amount of time. Again a perfect service appointment.
