Repair of my 2010 Honda Crosstour

onThe service person I spoke to over the weekend when I realized my car was breaking down was very helpful in advising me what was probably wrong and problem-solving as to how to get my car in for service. After the car was towed to them my service manager at that time was helpful in getting repairs handled in a timely manner, as well as some extra effort on their part to handle something I would normally have had to do to get my car ready for inspection. Because of my age and Covid risks I was grateful that they provided a concierge to bring my car back and park it in front of my home.
