I brought in 2007 Pilot to have problems analyzed. A loan car was given to me while my car was being 'inspected'. A complete list of work needing to be done & $estimates was given to me. The service advisor was very straight forward on what was a safety issue and order of importance. I returned 'loaner' with no charge & said I had to deliberate. Very professional and cordial. Regardless of what I decide, I will use First Texas Honda in future.
