Weird Electrical behavior

Took vehicle in as during start it was having unusual behavior (i.e., dashboard lights blinking, rough/no start, etc.). Thought I had an electrical problem ($$). They took the car in, checked the electrical systems in the car thoroughly. The battery had a bad cell. Told me the car systems were OK. They only charged me for the battery replacement. Didn’t try to sell me things I didn’t need. Very fast, courteous, professional behavior.
