Dealership Service Review
I came in for a state inspection, but (unfortunately, though not unexpectedly) had some additional maintenance that needed to be addressed. My service advisor (Ty) made me aware of those items & their cost, and requested my OK before proceeding with the work. He also reviewed with me at checkout the results of the multi-point inspection, what looks good, and what will need service at my next regular visit. Given that I walked out of there having spent more (though fairly priced) than I'd planned on, I appreciate that he did not "push" on me items that could safely wait until a later visit. My experience (with a previous car at another repair shop) was often, "as long as you're here, you should do this and this and this." I always appreciate Honda's professionalism, quality work, and not being nickled & dimed. Well done, folks! Keep up the good work!
