Excellent service - I wish car repairs were cheaper

The service reps are great. The ease of picking up and dropping off my car and use of rental car service was excellent. I wish the car repair itself could be cheaper, but I understand it is expensive to provide this high level of service. Given the volume of work I saw being done, I'm sure the owners don't need to lower their prices in order to retain customers. However, if they could take a little less margin and lower prices a bit I would definitely give 5 star ratings in the future. The price is the only reason this rating is 4 instead of 5 stars.
