I was a walk-in on a Saturday, so the dealership was understandably busy. However, I felt well taken care of and my advisor went above and beyond to make sure I had a rental option if my car was going to be at the dealership long, and offered to print my insurance card when I didn't have the updated on in person. Great service overall!
