onOverall great service and all of my concerns with my vehicle were addressed. My recommendation when providing a loaner vehicle is to address the basic functions of the loaner vehicle. I spent 10 minutes reading through the car manual to find out how to open the gas tank door, how the gears were push buttons as well as the parking brake, and how the radio worked. The attendant did an “inspection “ with me and told me to return the car with a full tank, then gave me the key FOB. Although my car is a 2017, the loaner car was a 2018 and had a lot of technological changes.
