Great experience!

This was my first visit to First Texas Honda (I recently moved to Austin), and I was really impressed with everything from start to finish. My rep, Jack, was really friendly and honest with the wait time, showed me the waiting area, and walked me to my car when it was finished. The complimentary cafe is amazing and both baristas were really busy but didn't let it show! And I was so grateful and surprised that when my car was returned it had been washed and wiped down, my SA honda location never did that for me and it was really the cherry on top! Although I hope to not go back too soon, I'm looking forward to my next trip to First Texas Honda because of the all around amazing customer service.
