I just recently got my oil change done at First Texas Honda. They did an amazing job in communicating with me through text and email about the whole process. They let me know how much it was going to be from the very beginning after the diagnostic. They let me know about the time (even though I didn't have an appointment). They also communicated with me when they were finished as well as the finished receipt was emailed to me. Thank you First Texas Honda for being so transparent in your communication in handling my vehicle.
