Had to take my 2014 Civic Hybrid in because the hybrid battery fan was running at full speed. Fortunately, it turned out my "regular" battery was on its last legs and causing the hybrid battery to work harder. Issue identified and service completed in less than 2 hours - pretty good since I showed up on a Saturday morning without an appointment.
