Scheduled Appt at 0715 finished at 12:30 for 1.5 hr job

A week earlier I scheduled a service appointment for 0715, the first time slot to perform an ATF changeout and cooling system flush and refill on my wife's 2017 Toyota Camry Hybrid. I got to the reception line and was literally the first car there. I told the service adviser Eric Gustafson I would be waiting on the car. I had called the dealership earlier to see if I could get a shuttle drop-off but the girl told me they only do for a 5 mile radius and it had to be in the Austin city limits. I live 8miles from the dealership in Easton Park, southeast Austin. I went to the waiting area to wait. 3 hrs later at 10:30 I sent the service adviser a text asking how much longer was it going to be. No response came back.. At 11am I went to the back where all the service advisors stations were and I didn't see Eric, but I did talk to one of the other Advisers who said he would go find Eric. Also this advisor told me they do make drop offs to Easton Park all the time and didn't know why the girl told me what she did. He came back with Eric. Eric said they had not started on my car yet. The Service techs had done 2 other jobs before mine and he didn't know why they did this. He left to go talk to them to get on my ticket started immediately. At 12:30 it was finally completed and I left at 12:45. 5hrs 15 mins for a 1.5 hr job. Not good.
