terrible service

onmade and appointment over the phone for a recall. arrived at the dealer on waited 20 minutes to get a service advisor. once checked in I waited 1 hour to be told they didn't have the part in stock. How is it that I spoke to 2 advisors about what I needed and nobody thought make sure they had the part?
