Dealership Service Review
I couldn’t be more unhappy with how I was treated by this service department. When I called to schedule a warranty replacement I was told that my truck would be ready in 2 days tops. When I drop off the truck I am told it will actually be ready in 5 days. When I call on the 5th day my advisor refuses to talk with me and has someone else give me the message that it won’t be ready until DAY 7! I told them this wouldn’t work and that I have been out of a car for close to a week now and I need a rental or something, so the lady promises me that my advisor will call me back shortly. Day 7 rolls around and I call again only to be put on hold for 30 minutes before ending the call. I then left a message for the manager. Soon after, my advisor calls me back apologizing and telling me that they LOST MY KEY but not to worry because I would be getting a rental soon. When I get the rental, I hop in and find it is dirty from the person that used it before me. I start driving away only to notice that it has an eighth of a tank of gas. I’m thankful for the rental so I go fill it up and go on my way. The next day I get a call that my truck is finally ready. When I show up to pick it up, it is caked in dirt from the week+ it has been sitting on the lot. Even though I dropped off my truck clean, they kept it for over a week, gave me a dirty rental with no gas, AND LOST MY KEY FOB it was too much for them to wash the truck for me. I then go and pay to get my truck washed only to find a 6 inch scratch on the drivers side of my truck. HOW COULD A SERVICE DEPARTMENT BE THIS BAD?!?! You may be thinking, “how could they make so many mistakes with just one customer?!” It is because this is THE ABSOLUTE WORST service department I have ever had the displeasure of working with. Please don’t waste your time here. They will only cause you to have more of a headache.
