Dealership Service Review
I have not had any issue until now. I took my car in for an oil change and they also supposedly fixed a flat on one of my tires. I had to take vehicle back since tire pressure light was still turning on for same tire. I also needed state inspection performed. I took vehicle in at time of my appointment and waited 3 hours for them to tell me nothing had been done to the car and I had to take it back another day because all the techs were gone. I made another appointment and had to go back another day and waited another 3 hours for the work to be performed. I was charged a second time for the tire to be fixed because they did not know if it was the same tire from the previous time because a tire rotation was done. They were not able to confirm that the work had actually been performed the first time because they were not sure what tire it was. Very disappointed since my vehicle was not serviced in a timely manner even though I had an appointment and I had to pay for a flat tire twice that I am pretty sure was the same tire.
