Dealership Service Review
You know how, inevitably, there’s always unpredictable traffic in Austin? Well, I inevitably got caught up in it and called to inform the service department that i was going to be late to my scheduled service appointment by a few to several minutes. They informed me that I’d still fall within their grace period. Upon arriving there were quite a few vehicles lined up in their service bays and thought “Oh no… I’m (or my vehicle’s) going to be here all day.” But to my surprise they attended me very quickly. Unfortunately this Toyota location doesn’t offer a ride service, but it’s not the end of the world. The staff that attended me was very nice and knowledgeable! They informed me of the services that were provided and what they recommended. They didn’t try to push anything onto me, which was a relief. I’ve noticed no Toyota dealerships’ service department has yet tried to push some additional fee hundred dollar services that aren’t absolutely required. Unlike other make dealerships. All in all I had a great experience here! I recommend Toyota owners take their vehicles here for service.
