8 Hours and my car's still not fixed?!!

Went for my 80k check and for a noise my car was making. Service guy knew right away it was a wheel bearing. Once confirmed, told me it would be 2 hours (That's on top of the usual 3 hours for a regular service check). Came 2 hours later and told me they couldn't find the part they thought they had and would have to go pick it up. Wait they were supposed to be done and just realized they didn't have the part? 2 hours later (been there 7 hours now) came and told me they thought there were done but then the brake light came on. They "ordered the right part but got the wrong part and the parts look exactly the same" so no one caught it until the brake light came on. I had to go home with the brake light on and am still waiting for the promised courtesy ride to get it fixed. They also tried to change it on me and make me come back in even though my service rep had promised me a ride. When I refused, he said they'd call me "after the holiday" to schedule. We'll see...

Gabi I called the number you gave me and no one knew what I was talking about. I did not know what extension if any to use at the prompt so I may have reached the wrong area. Are you the manager? If not what is the managers name? Thank you.
