onUsually a good experience. This time around it took over 30 minutes to get checked in even with an appointment. Service advisor said he was busy writing an email. When my car was ready, I got a text that it was ready to go. I go to get my keys and head to wait on service advisor because he was busy bs'ing with another employee.
