Dealership Service Review
I bought my Hybrid Highlander new at Auto Nation Toyota in 2010. I always get routine maintenance done at this dealership as needed. We were about to leave for a long trip. On Sunday , the Check Hybrid System light came on with instructions to stop and call the service department. That wasn't going to happen on Sunday, so Monday morning I had my car at the service bay at 7:00 when they opened. My service advisor Arturo took my car back and two hours later they had checked it on the computer, the warning light had gone off and they found nothing in the log except the fact that the light had gone on. We came back from our trip today and all is well, and we were able to travel as planned because they took the time to check out my car. I will buy my next car here because the service dept is great.
