Wireless charger not working

onI showed them that the wireless charger is not working, at first they where not gonna do anything so I had to escalate the situation. Tried talking to a manager but never got a hold of one until I had to go to the dealer and talk to one. Once I talked to a manager they sent a mechanic in the car with me so they could see it was not working. After that they refused to change the part and said they will open a case number with Toyota and for me to wait and see what Toyota says. Even though this part is covered under the warranty and it clearly is not working on a brand new truck. Has less the. 500 miles on it
