Oil Changes shouldn't take 2.5 hours....NEVER

onLove the dealer, love the car, hate the service. Everyone seemed cranky on a Friday morning. When the guy finally came to my car (and that took a while) he was so unhurried. It was a struggle to not say something but I did keep it all to myself and tried to smile. Maybe that's why my ulcer is acting up? What's the point of having an appointment if it still takes 2.5 hours for an oil change? I can't be the only person who feels this way!! Please get together and review this process. It's enough to drive someone mad!!
