I used to like bringing my car here

onThe last few times I've brought my car in with an appointment to have work done, I've sat in the waiting area for 2 hours only to have them come out and tell me they don't have the parts to do the job so I will have to reschedule. Then I wait about another hour while they put my car back together with original parts so I can leave. Then I had to come back again and waist several more hours of my time while they actually did the work. Appointments don't seem to mean much either. You show up on time or early and it still takes hours to get a 30 minute job done. I've come in without an appointment and service time was about the same as it is with an appointment.
