Good but took a long LONG time

onI arrived at 7AM and was told my assigned service advisor was running late and another would help me. There were only 3 other customers in the waiting room so I thought it would probably be pretty fast. I'm used to being there an hour or two hours tops. There was no feedback and there were no updates. After going inside to wait, the service advisor visited me one time to make recommendations and get approval and there were no other updates offered during the SIX HOUR visit. I left at 1:00 PM, when I went looking for the service advisor. My car was suddenly ready immediately.
