This dealership consistently drops the ball in regards to communicating to their customers what is going on. I arrived for a routine oil change that was prepaid with the Toyota Care package. After 3 hours, they attempted to sell me over $500 of ‘recommended maintenance’ for a 2016 Corolla that only has 50k miles. After declining, the salesperson asked me to to swipe my card without explaining what the breakdown of costs were. They tried to charge me over $160 for the oil change (should be included) and a car inspection. Thankfully I questioned the charge and they only ended up charging me for the $18 inspection. This is not the first awful experience I’ve had at this dealership. I can’t wait to pay this car off and never go here again. This dealership is the prime example why people do not trust mechanics.
