Toyota AutoNation of South Austin provides the utmost seamless and professional service that I've encountered in my 32 years of dealing with new car dealerships. My Tacoma had a recall, and they did not have the part in stock. They ordered the part, provided me an estimation date of arrival. Upon receipt of the part, they called me with a appointment schedule accessible to fit my needs. I booked an immediate appointment and dropped off my truck. The paperwork was ready when I got there, and the pick up was just as easy. That's customer service!
