Dealership Service Review
We made an appointment to take our Range Rover in for service and to use our top-of-the-line platinum service agreement. When we got there they could not find our service agreement anywhere in the system. We tracked it down through our sales person and he sent it to Deborah. They were unable to locate the wheel lock key to remove The wheels and inspect the brakes. It took them hours to discover this when we were told it would take an hour to inspect the brakes and give us a diagnosis.That was the main reason for us bringing it in. Most service departments at a dealership have a multitude of keys to unlock peoples wheels in case they have lost theirs or never had one. Apparently this dealership does not have that set of tools in their tool chest. they were unable to hear the squealing noise in our breaks after two separate test drives. It was squealing when we pulled into the dealership. We’ve decided to pick up our vehicle and take it to the Land Rover dealership. However, when we picked it up it was washed in the oil was changed. We really appreciate that. Pulling out of the parking lot our brakes were squealing.
