I think Jared was very nice, however, I had to wait almost an hour to get an estimate, I think estimates shouldn't take that long, should be able to be done immediately. Than wait another 2 hours for the service. When the car was ready I paid at the desk and the girls there were very unhelpful. She said my keys should be coming up. I said my car is right there, maybe the keys are in the car, she said "oh no they never leave them in the car". When the bill comes up the keys should be with it. After waiting another 15 minutes, I decided to check the car, guess what the keys were in it. So another wasted 15 minutes. If the keys don't come up right away those girls should have been looking for them for me, instead of having me wait. So again Jared nice, estimate slow, no idea how long the service would take, no estimate on that time and the girls at the front desk were worthless. I had the wheel well insert, that online is $25-75 you guys charged $110 then charged me an outrages fee to pop it in. It cost me $250 for that and a filter with my oil change, ridiculous.
