I was bringing my 14 year old Prius in for maintenance and thought I'd check out what's new. Andres greeted me in the sales department and while I advised upfront I was in no hurry to purchase a car, he still showed me around and let me test drive a couple vehicles. Total no pressure, just there to help. In the end we did buy a RAV4 Hybrid as the Prius was getting old and expensive. There was a mild glitch in that we weren't advised up front there is a limit to how much we could put down with a credit card. We now have extra money on our credit card. No big deal. Andres has also answered my follow up questions in a timely and friendly way. I'm glad it's not "Sell it and forget it".
