Dealership Sales Review
We had a wonderful salesman. But, we had issues with multiple things. 1. A technician took the keys to the car we purchased home with him. Then called in sick the next day. 2. We were told it was a clean car and all it needed was an oil change, just show up the next day to pick it up. 3.We showed up after not hearing from anyone, and calling...they needed to change the oil still, we were waiting over two hours in person, then they said that they would put it next in line, then they said that they couldn't release the car without changing the brakes...so we had to go back home again...without it. After paying our down payment on Tuesday, we finally got the car on Friday with a chipped windshield and faulty tire sensor. Ugh. 4. We were told Patrick would follow-up with a phone call, and Shaddi, too. They didn't. 5. Patrick would tell us something, then keep walking while we we speaking, trying to clarify something. ( As someone with a hearing impairment, it is hard to understand what someone is saying when they are speed walking away from you... plus manners, anyone?) I understand that they are busy, waiting half an hour to just be helped was common, over the three days we spent multiple hours up there. Whomever detailed the car left it wet and it destroyed a piece of clothing that I wore.
