Friendly sales staff. Listened to my preferences. Gave us time to talk privately and make decisions without pressure. We test drove one day, thought about it and came back 2 days later. Communication with the salesman was easy and he answered all of our questions in person and via text. And, our car arrived earlier than expected which was a wonderful surprise. Required paperwork was time consuming - ugh. Great experience overall.
