After receiving my request for a bid through Edmonds, Jim L. was the first to call to clarify things. His bid was $1,000 over the lowest bid I received, but after one phone call and a chat with the dealership manager, they met the lower price, which was lower than Edmunds estimate of cost. When I went in to trade my old car in and finalize the deal, they gave me an appraisal of $500 less than I wanted, but they gave me the $500 without any balking.
