Excellent Customer Service Rep Damian

I've taken my car to this dealership a couple of times and I've had a couple of bad experiences with Customer Service Reps. However, the past few scheduled maintenance visits, I've ONLY dealt with Damian. He's extremely nice, assertive, helpful and provides good feedback relative to required services. He works and provide service with a spirit of "EXCELLENCE"..He doesn't "price gouge" customers for simple services. He's able to provide accurate quotes/pricing and commit to completing in a timely manner.
