We purchased our Malibu a year ago and the whole process was amazing and painless. Told them what we wanted and that is exactly what we got. I have taken it in twice for routine maint. and have been nothing less than happy. They are so professional; on time, explain what is going on and very friendly. They did not try to upsale anything...which is a bonus to me!
