I went to your Arlington Dealership and the gentleman that assisted me in getting my new truck did not present any issues or drama and had me in and out of the dealership in less than an hour or two, took my beaten BMW garbage as trade-in, and had me back out on the road in my truck. My experiences throughout the country and even a few in Arlington usually provide me with a ton of garbage and feeling cheaply used but not this dealer and dealership. As an ASE-certified automotive, diesel, and industrial technician, I could tell the young man was relatively new to the game but as I told him the honest truth for what I want and need, he returned that respect I had shown for him and we made magic happen without any hoops, tricks, bartering, or drama. To be honest, I did not know what to do with myself for the proceeding four or five hours that I had grown accustomed to. If you are looking for a real and honest opinion as a fellow customer, go to these women and men and tell them honestly what you want and they will truly help out. If you are looking for an honest opinion about the staff, I highly recommend them. The only thing I cannot honestly answer about this particular dealership is the maintenance crew, as I always do my own but I am sure they are just as efficient with their efficacy. Thank y'all for everything y'all have done for me and I definitely recommend them from my experience(s). I cannot mash the "*Would you recommend this dealership to family and friends" more than once but maybe if I mash it a little bit harder, that might do the trick. Thank y'all very much.
