This was my first real experience buying a new vehicle. Mark Monroe was great and exactly what I was hoping to get in a salesman. I was warned to not let the salesperson push me around or give me something I don't want. I did not have to worry about that with Mark. I knew exactly what I wanted and what I could afford and Mark never tried to convince me to get anything else than what I wanted. Would definitely buy from Mark again.
