Dealership Service Review
Upon arrival, no greeting, no urgency to help me. Once at one of the many service desks, i answered appropriate questions and was told i had to wait (after having waited 2 weeks for a loaner) for the loaner to be ready since it needed gas. I was then privy to a disagreement between a customer and service tech. Once customer left, the service tech began berating the customer to another service tech. My loaner was finally ready and it was filthy on the interior with coffee spilled stains. I was then alerted via text my car was ready via text, went to pick it up, and was told it was not ready and no one had any idea as to who sent me the text. Upon retrieving my car for the second time, I had to wait for ten minutes to be attended to while several technicians were simply standing at their desks. Never again.
