My experience was seemless from the moment I walked through the door; I was greeted promptly by Logan Crise, who asked what brought me into the dealership. I explained my situation and he asked what I was looking for, and I mentioned the Terrain. We proceeded with the test drive, looked at a few other models, he answered my questions, and we took another test drive, and I decided to purchase the vehicle. He listened, he wasn't pushy at all, and walked me through the entire process, explaining options, etc. He's also been responsive with any follow-up questions. Additionally, everyone I came across at the dealership was friendly. I'm a very indecisive person, but this decision was an easy one.
