I love the personal, courteous attention to the needs of my vehicle. My service needs were reviewed in detail. My current needs for service and my future needs were also reviewed. Tim my service representative, explain everything and frequently asked if I had any concerns. I also like the fact that he helped to prioritize my service needs so I could stay on budget. I also love the fact that I had the opportunity to meet the mechanic, Austin, that was working on my car so that he could explain everything that he did. I am so happy with the service that I was given. It was suggested that I have my cabin filter changed because it can help to eliminate some of the allergens that are circulating inside the car. Thank goodness I did because that filter was so filthy. I live in a neighborhood where there's a lot of trees which contributed to the debris in the filter. I have family members that have a lot of allergies so I need to be sensitive to their needs. I feel like your service people really do look out for the customer. They're looking out for me as well as my vehicle. I can't thank you enough!!
