onA special Thank You must go out to Mark Downey, Manager of the Collision Services Department. I had a $2,000 repair job done on my Toyota Avalon. From start to finish, Mark guided me all the way through the process. He made the arrangements for my insurance company (AAA) to inspect the job and approve the quote. The job was completed in the time frame promised in a very satisfactory manner. Mark was able to transform an unfortunate situation into a positive outcome.
