onI came in without an appointment and my car was still serviced that day. Investigation was done as to why we were having problems with the radio/display screen. You discovered that there was a problem and the car requires a new radio and you ordered it. All of that was explained to me over the phone. You also profvided me with a ride home and ride back to the dealership when my car was ready. No charge for that service. I appreciate that.
