My service advisor Mark went above and beyond to provide the best possible customer service when my Scion was out of commission for a month due to diagnosing issues with it starting and fixing those issues. Mark turned what could have been a horrible experience into a positive one and literally guaranteed that I’ll be a loyal customer in the future at Sloane Toyota of Glenside, for repairs or one day purchasing a new vehicle.
