I loved how easy it was to drop my car off in the morning and leave it for service. My car was well taken care of by Herb. He called to keep me informed with up-to-date progress reports. He informed me of future service that was needed for my vehicle. I felt like he took care of me like I was family. He found some discounts to help me with the repair bill. He also reassured me that he would help find discounts for my future repairs. He also thoroughly explained everything. When it was time to take care of the bill I was greeted by very friendly woman I believe her name was Marcella. She was so pleasant and asked me if I had any concerns or questions about my bill or service. All of my needs were met during my visit. I have been coming to Sloane for decades so that should say a lot about the consistent quality of service. I would give my overall experience an absolute 10!
