Superior Customer Experience

onJacqui was so nice. I also loved the way I was greeted and directed as to where to go seamlessly. I didn’t think my car would be there as long and I wa quickly given a courtesy car - which was again, a very easy process. The best was the ability to pay online - to save me more time picking the car up! The customer experience was so wonderful I shared it in a customer experience meeting I had that same day, at work! Ha, the cost to get the car repaired was a lot but the service you get is priceless. Thank You!
