Service quality could be improved but overall good Service team

I had come to dealership for the PA emissions/vehicle inspection work. After the work was performed, the vehicle was left in the parking lot so that I can drive away. As I started moving my car, the car did vibrate a bit as a whole I thought, I am just imaging it. As soon as I drove out of the lot, the car started vibrating vigorously so I turned back to the service entrance. I explained the situation and the first person who was doing registration blamed me without doing any assessment to the issue. Then another service provider showed up and he saw a large bolt embedded in the front of the tier and redirected the issue towards loose bolts laying in the garage or in the parking lot and that could have punctured the car. Eventually the car tier was replaced free of cost. The explanation of loose bolts has really unsettled me when he said, these cars have a lot of bolts and they could have fallen from it, for me that means, the Job that is conducted at this dealership is not inspected by a second person whether all bolts and parts are properly fixed; more like a QA issue. The dealership was nice overall expect the restrooms, the urinal flush was broke or almost non functional.
