Love the Service a BMW of Devon

onThe customer service experience began when I puled into the service center. I was greeted by the attendant and taken into the service area where the friendly receptionist directed me to Anthony, Service Adviser. He was was excellent! Anthony reviewed the expected service that was to be provided answered every question I posed and waited patiently for my insurance agent to fax the current insurance card since I brought an expired one. He escorted me to the customer waiting area where bagels and beverages were available. That was so welcome since I didn't take time to eat breakfast! When my car was ready, Anthony made sure I was safely in the car before returning to his office area.
