It was a very smooth transaction overall. Drew was easy to talk to and deal with. He really knows the BMW brand and speaks with enthusiasm about the cars. He made the whole experience much better than what I was expecting and was instrumental in my satisfaction with BMW of Devon. I will definitely be back.
