The entire process from start to finish with John Walden was very seamless. My initial phone call with him, receiving the SUV details, leasing quotes, then coming in for my initial test drive. The X3 that was sent to me happened to already be in stock the day I visited. I put down my deposit & was back in a few days later to purchase my dream car. All of my questions were answered accordingly, closing the deal was very smooth, with my new X3 being prepared & ready to go home with her new happy owner!
